Mikey, a bald semi-naked tabletop puppet, is holed up in his New York apartment. A hitman, AKA The Ghost, he’s been exposed to parts of the brain he thought he’d never see.  After an accidental death, some nagging last words, and a chance encounter in a steam bath, Mikey’s trying to straighten things out, but time’s not on his side.  Originally funded by the Wellcome Trust, The Hit’s black comedy explores the nature of cognitive dissonance and how we are perhaps not the autonomous individuals we believe we are.  Breaking Bad meets Team America in a show designed to blow your mind.
